3 arrested in killing of Tucson taxi driver

TUCSON, Ariz.- Two women and a man have been arrested in connection with the killing of a taxi driver in Tucson.

The man was arrested Saturday on suspicion of first-degree murder, and the women were arrested on suspicion of felony murder, said Capt. Bill Richards, commander of Tucson police's crimes against persons division.

The women are being held under the state's felony murder rule, which calls for a person involved in a killing to be charged with the crime even if he or she didn't actually commit the act.
