Not a bank teller

What is with people busting out the big bills? How much change am I suppose to be carrying? I love the ones who try to go big billing. Had a guy I picked up from Mama Louisa's at Craycroft and 29th, going to Cactus Moon. 2 1/2 miles away and he pulls out a $100. WTF?!?
